HOW TO BOOK
| How to Book | CALL TOLL FREE 1-800-821-3480. Check the availability
of yachts and charter dates by calling our office Monday through Friday.

| Reservations | Your reservation by phone, letter or Email will be held one week pending
receipt of your deposit. Upon receipt of the deposit, our Charter
Master will send you a
contract and sailing experience form.

| Deposit | 50% of the charter fee is required at the time of your reservation as a deposit. The
balance is due upon boarding. Deposits may be made using your Visa, MasterCard or check.
(For charters booked before April 1, a deposit of $100.00 will reserve your dates with the
remainder of the 50% due by May 1.)

| Confirmation | Your Reservation will be confirmed in writing upon receipt of your deposit and review
of your qualifications.
|
| Damage Deposit | A Damage deposit is required at the time of check in and is required in the form of
cash, certified check, Visa or MasterCard. Charterers assume full responsibility for the
insurance deductible of 1% of the value of the yacht.

| Cancellations | Full refund of deposits for cancellations 30 days prior to charter. Reduced refund of deposits for shorter notice of cancellation. A change in yachts and /or dates constitutes a cancellation. |
